About the Journal

IAUE Journal of Sport Science, Human Kinetics and Recreation Research (IAUE-JSHR) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education through the Directorate of Research and Development. The journal is dedicated to advancing research, theory, and practice in sport science, human kinetics, and recreation studies. IAUE-JSHR provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to publish original research articles, review papers, and applied studies on topics such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, motor learning, physical fitness, coaching and performance analysis, recreation management, and wellness promotion.
