About the Journal

IAUE Journal of Leadership and Policy Analysis (IAUE-JLPA) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education through the Directorate of Research and Development. The journal is dedicated to advancing research, critical inquiry, and evidence-based practice in leadership studies and policy analysis. IAUE-JLPA provides a platform for academics, researchers, policymakers, administrators, and practitioners to publish original research articles, review papers, and analytical studies on topics such as leadership theories and practices, public and organizational leadership, policy formulation and evaluation, governance, institutional reform, strategic decision-making, and leadership in education, business, and public sectors.
