IAUE Journal of Human Resource Management (IAUE-JHRM) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education through the Directorate of Research and Development. The journal is dedicated to advancing research, theory, and professional practice in human resource management and organizational development.
