About the Journal

IAUE Journal of Employment Relations (IAUE-JER) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education through the Directorate of Research and Development. The journal is dedicated to advancing research, theory, and practice in employment relations, labour studies, and workplace dynamics. IAUE-JER provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and labour professionals to publish original research articles, review papers, and empirical studies on areas such as industrial relations, labour law and policy, collective bargaining, workplace conflict and dispute resolution, employee engagement, trade unionism, and employment practices in public and private sectors.
