About the Journal

IAUE Journal of Educational Management (IAUE-JEMR) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education through the Directorate of Research and Development. The journal is dedicated to advancing research and practice in educational leadership, administration, and management.
