About the Journal

IAUE Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (IAUE-JEI) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education through the Directorate of Research and Development. The journal is dedicated to advancing research, theory, and practice in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business development. IAUE-JEI provides a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to publish original research articles, review papers, and applied studies on areas such as entrepreneurial theory and practice, startup development, innovation management, small and medium enterprise (SME) growth, venture creation, business strategy, creativity, and technology commercialization.
